What's Happening?

Many SoLoFunds users have reported experiencing delays in receiving their loans, even after paying for instant funding. Common scenarios include:

  • Instant funding not instant: You paid the instant funding fee, but funds haven't arrived within the promised timeframe
  • Loan approved but not deposited: Your loan shows as "funded" in the app, but nothing appeared in your bank account
  • Funds delayed for days or weeks: Expected funds within minutes or hours, but it's been much longer
  • No communication: You haven't received updates or explanations about the delay

Why This Matters

When you're counting on a loan for an emergency or urgent expense, delays can have serious consequences:

  • Missed bill payments and late fees

What to Include When Reporting

To help us investigate your delayed funds issue as quickly as possible, please include:

Loan/Transaction ID

The unique identifier for your loan (found in the app or confirmation email)

Loan Amount & Date

How much you borrowed and when the loan was approved

Instant Funding Status

Did you pay for instant funding? If yes, when and how much?

Expected Timeline

What timeframe were you promised? (e.g., "instant," "within 1 hour," "1-2 business days")

Current Status

What does the app show? Any error messages or updates?

Bank Information

Which bank account were funds supposed to go to? (Just the bank name, not account numbers)

Previous Contact

Have you already contacted SoLoFunds support? If yes, what was their response?

Common Questions

How long should I wait before reporting?

If you paid for instant funding and it's been more than 2-4 hours, report it. For standard funding, if it's beyond the promised timeframe, report it immediately.

Will reporting help get my funds faster?

While we can't process transactions directly, your report helps document the issue and may help identify systemic problems that need urgent attention.

What if I already contacted SoLoFunds support?
